Platform Agreement

1. Purpose of This Agreement
This Platform Agreement governs your use of GMC Protectas an approved member. By subscribing and accessing the member area, you agree to abide by this agreement in addition to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Service
GMC Protect provides compliance guidance, monitoring, and support services related to Google Merchant Center. This is a subscription-based support and guidance service. It is NOT insurance, NOT a guarantee of any outcome, and NOT a replacement for your own compliance responsibilities.
3. Member Responsibilities
As a member, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your stores
- Follow compliance guidance and recommendations provided by our team
- Implement required fixes and changes in a timely manner
- Maintain your stores in accordance with Google's policies
- Notify us promptly of any GMC status changes or new issues
- Not misrepresent your compliance status or store information
- Not use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purposes
4. Our Commitment
We commit to:
- Providing expert, up-to-date compliance guidance
- Responding to support tickets in a timely manner
- Keeping you informed of relevant policy changes
- Protecting your data and maintaining platform security
- Being transparent about what we can and cannot guarantee
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
You acknowledge and agree that GMC Protect does NOT guarantee:
- Google Merchant Center approval or reinstatement
- Specific timelines for account recovery
- Prevention of future suspensions or disapprovals
- Any specific business results or revenue outcomes
Google's decisions regarding Merchant Center accounts are made independently by Google and are outside our control. Our role is to provide the best possible guidance and support to maximise your chances of compliance.
6. Compliance with Guidance
Members who do not follow our compliance recommendations or fail to implement required changes may experience reduced effectiveness of our support. We reserve the right to note non-compliance in your account records. Persistent non-compliance may result in membership review.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared through the platform. We will not share your store details or business information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of this agreement, fraudulent activity, or conduct that damages the platform or other members. Members may cancel their subscription at any time through the billing portal.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Platform Agreement from time to time. Active members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
