1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GMC Protect("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GMC Protect is a subscription-based membership platform providing Google Merchant Center compliance guidance, monitoring, store management support, and recovery assistance. GMC Protect is NOT an insurance product and does NOT guarantee any specific outcomes regarding Google Merchant Center account status.

3. Membership & Application

Access to the Platform requires an approved application and active subscription. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Membership is non-transferable.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Prices may be adjusted with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Obligations

Members must provide accurate information, follow platform guidance, implement recommended compliance fixes, and maintain their stores in accordance with Google's policies. Failure to follow guidance may affect the effectiveness of our support.

6. No Guarantees

We provide expert guidance and support but do NOT guarantee Google Merchant Center approval, reinstatement, or any specific outcome. Google's decisions are made independently and are outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to GMC Protect. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMC Protect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any actions taken based on our guidance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active members.

11. Governing Entity

GMC Protect is operated by Tagan Labs LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.
